Use the Stouse Quote Builder
New to Stouse.com, our easy-to-use Quote Builder tool helps you create online quotes and orders instantly, all in one place. With a few clicks you can select your products material, shape, colors, and more.
In our last blog article, Find Products Quickly with Easier Navigation on Stouse.com, we showed you how to quickly locate the products you are looking for using the Products and Markets tabs located in the website header. Now that you know how to find a product, we can start building a custom quote.
First, you’ll need to log into the site to fully utilize the features. Once on the product page, you will see the Quote Builder tool on the left side of the page under the product description. To start a quote, just select the first option from the drop down box, and continue down the configurator.
Along the way you may run across two icons, a blue question mark or an orange exclamation mark on some of the options. The question mark icon offers informational tool tips to help you in your selection. The exclamation icon is an alert that offers recommendations. To view either, simply click on the icon with your mouse (click anywhere to close the box when you’re done reading ).
As you work your way down the configurator, you will notice that your selections will appear on the right side of the page.
It is here where you will enter the quantity to quote and view pricing if you are an authorized reseller and logged in. When you are done configuring your quote, you can choose to save it and come back to it later, or add the items directly to your cart.
If you choose “Save Quote”, you will be given the option to name your quote. All quotes saved can be viewed from your Reseller Dashboard.
If you select “Add to Cart”, you will be given the option to continue shopping or to go to your cart. From the cart, you can review order details, upload art files, add a coupon code, choose shipping options (including split ships), and select payment type.
When your order is complete, we will send a confirmation email to you. From your Reseller Dashboard, you will be able to view details of your active and completed orders, print invoices, track shipments and place reorders of previous jobs.
