Being prepared is the first step to a successful trade show. For those attending the ASI Orlando show or PPAI Expo in 2020, there is a lot of important information to cover. Knowing where you’re going, who you’re going to visit, the schedule of events, and more can boost your company’s success at the show.

January 4^th: 10 am – 5 pm (Education) January 14^th: 9 am – 5 pm

January 5^th: 10 am – 5 pm January 15^th: 9:30 am – 5 pm

January 6^th: 10 am – 3:30 pm January 16^th: 9:30 am – 2 pm

Tips for Attendees

Stay Connected – An easy way to connect with various exhibitors is through the use of social media hash tags. Each show will have its own tag that you can search. This will allow you to see exhibitor locations, offers, product updates, and more. You can follow these shows by searching #ASIOrlando and #PPAIExpo on any social media platform.
Educate Yourself – Take advantage of the education seminars offered at the show. Expanding your industry knowledge can help with increasing sales opportunities and product knowledge. You can find a list of seminars and guest speakers on both the ASI Orlando website and the PPAI Expo website.
Set Goals – Before you begin travel, create a plan for both you and your team. Know which booths are a MUST visit and which ones are secondary. This will help to ensure that you make it to all of the important places. Additionally, it can be very beneficial to make a list of the things you want to achieve and ‘takeaway’ from the show.
