1. Lay decal flat, FACEDOWN. Slowly remove backing paper from the pre-mask, pulling straight back and flat as shown (not at an angle). |

2. Apply pressure-sensitive vinyl to prepared surface, then squeegee pre-mask surface using overlapping strokes. |

3. To expose product, pull pre-masking away at an angle using a continuous motion. If bubbles occur in the letters, simply prick with a needle and smooth. Do not use a knife or razor. |

Production Requirements: Simple and open type styles are recommended for this die-cut process. If you supply artwork, we will notify you if the typestyle and/or logo are not suitable for this production method. Refer to Artwork Guidelines for limitations on minimum letter size and stroke. |

Die-cut vinyl with pre-masking for easy application. Die cutting is included. There is no die charge. Please specify material color when ordering (see below). Minimum 1/4” letters with 1/16” stroke.
To Determine Price: Multiply the length of the image by the height to determine square inches. If more than one color is desired on finished decal, price as vinyl plus each additional imprinted color. Maximum length not to exceed 6 inches.
 Production Time: Approximately 10 working days for quantities of 1000 or less. Allow 15 working days for quantites of 1500 or more.

Art Preparation: Prices shown include preparation of straight line copy set in our choice of type styles. Simple and open type styles are recommended for this item. Price includes 14 or less picks. Additional picks are 2¢ (A) per pick, per decal. For additional information regarding picks and minimum stroke width, see inside back cover. If you supply artwork, we reserve the right to modify as necessary for this production process. See pages 118-120 for additional information on art preparation. |

Material Color Change: Material color changes are available at no additional charge. Material color changes must be in multiples of 125.
Copy Changes Are Not Available.
Additional Colors: Should your design require additional colors other than the material color, those colors will be screen-printed. Screen-printing a color might also be necessary when very fine copy or intricate logos are involved. We will advise you if your copy or logo will require screen-printing as an additional color.
Color Match: If ink colors are desired other than our standard colors, add $30.00 (E) per color to be matched.
