| Lay decal, FACE UP on a smooth hard surface. Squeegee the surface to insure good contact between the pre-mask and the vinyl beneath it. |
Lay decal flat, FACE DOWN. Slowly remove backing paper from the pre-mask, pulling straight back and flat as shown (not at an angle). |
Apply pressure-sensitive vinyl to prepared surface, then squeegee pre-mask surface using overlapping strokes. |
To expose product, pull pre-masking away at an angle using a continuous motion. If bubbles occur in the letters, simply prick with a needle and smooth. Do not use a knife or razor. |

Die-cut vinyl with pre-masking for easy application. Die cutting is included. Please specify material color when ordering (see below). Minimum 1/4" letters with 1/16" stroke.
To Determine Size: Square Inches = Total Width x Total Height of image. See page 120 for additional details. Maximum width not to exceed 6 inches. For larger sizes, see "Artwork Guidelines".
 Production Time: Approximately 10 working days for quantities of 1000 or less.
Approximately 15 working days for quantities over 1000. Pro-Cuts with picks greater than 14 per decal may require additional production time.
OPTIONAL SERVICES
Art Preparation: Prices shown include preparation of straight line copy set in our choice of type styles. Price includes 14 or less picks. Additional picks are 2¢ (A) per pick, per decal. Pro-cuts with more than 14 picks may require additional production time. Simple and open typestyles are recommended for this item. All text must be at least 1/4" tall. The space between characters and elements must be at least 1/16". Main strokes, line weights, or art elements must be a minimum of 1/16". If you supply artwork, we reserve the right to modify as necessary for this production process. See pages Artwork Guidelines for additional information on art preparation. |

Material Color Change: Material color changes are available at no additional charge. Material color changes must be in multiples of 125.
Copy Changes Are Not Available.
Additional Colors: Additional colors other than the material color will be screen-printed. Screen-printing a color might also be necessary when very fine copy or intricate logos are involved. We will advise you if your typestyle or logo will require screen-printing as an additional color.
Color Match: If ink colors are desired other than our standard colors, add $30.00 (E) per color to be matched.
