Fits all standard size rotary indexes. Size is 4” x 2-5/8”. If center or left tabs are required, specify when placing order.

Screen Printing: Printed with spot colors on .010” Matte White Plastic or .010” Gloss White Rigid Vinyl. Your choice of any of our standard colors.

4-Color Process: Digitally printed on a durable .010" thick matte plastic. All colors will be built from 4-color process. For color matches, metallic, or fluorescent colors, see items 940 and 941.

Production Time: Approximately 7 working days.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:

Color Match: Add $30.00 (E) per matched color.

Copy Changes: Available at the combined quantity price plus $18 (net) per each change. Size and colors must stay the same. Each change must be in multiples of 125.

Art Preparation: No art charge will be added if approved digital art is submitted. See Artwork Guidelines. Prices shown include factory art preparation of straight-line copy set in our standard type styles. Non-digital artwork, add $48.00 (C) on first order only.
