Printed with spot colors on your choice of a matte white plastic or a gloss white plastic both of which are approximately .010" thick. Fits all standard size rotary indexes. Size is 4" x 25/8". If center or left tabs are required, specify when placing order.

Copy/Color Change:
Add $34.00 (E) per each change. Copy and color changes can not be combined on the same order. Changes must be in multiples of the minimum quantity shown.

There are no art charges for orders with approved digital art or for factory art preparation of copy set in our standard typestyles. Add $48.00 (C) for artwork that does not meet specifications (first order only).
