Material: Screen Printed Membership Cards are available as .030" matte plastic or .020" gloss plastic.
Production Time:
Approximately 5 working days without numbering.
Approximately 7 working days with numbering/barcodes.

Color Match:
Add $37.00 (E) per color to be matched.
Copy/Color Change:
Add $34.00 (E) per each change. Copy and color changes can not be combined on the same order. Changes must be in multiples of the minimum quantity shown.
Numbering / Barcodes:
See price chart for appropriate cost. Price is for one location, one side only. Type 39 barcodes are available.
Number Sequence Change:
We will change the numbering sequence for $10.00(G) per each change
Back Imprint:
Add the “Ea. Add’l Color” price per color.
