Loyalty Cards are 4-color process printed on a white tag stock with lamination applied on both sides. All colors will be built from 4-color process. Exact color matches, metallic and fluorescent colors are not available.

Art Preparation:
There are no art charges for orders with approved digital art or for factory art preparation of copy set in our standard typestyles. Add $48.00 (C) for artwork that does not meet specifications (first order only).
Numbering / Barcodes:
Numbering is available in 7/32", 3/8", and 1/2" sizes. If barcodes are needed, call or write for pricing.
Number Sequence Change:
We will change the numbering sequence for $10.00(G) per each change

Copy Change:
Add $34.00 (E) per each change. Changes must be in multiples of the minimum quantity shown.
Back Imprint:
4-color process imprint is included in the prices shown. Supply your own artwork or choose from our stock designs as illustrated. Specify stock back copy by item number when ordering (Example: No. 3320A Accident Reminders).
